For custom sets, you will need to purchase a sizing kit. Once I receive your sizes, the design process begins! Sized options are available for all curated sets – please see the CURATED SIZING GUIDE blog post for general sizing and exact measurements. Only custom set sizing is guaranteed. 

A tracking number is provided on all orders and will be delivered via email, or Kofi messaging, depending on the contact method provided. Please contact your local post office if you experience any delays. If a package is returned to sender (me) due to an incorrect address entry, I will reach out via email/Kofi messaging to communicate the shipping information. An additional shipping fee may apply.  

Expect 2-3 weeks in the creation process. Custom processing times may vary, depending on the request.

Standing shipping is 5-7 business days via USPS. 

Please be sure to enter your FULL NAME AND ADDRESS – apartment number, RD/AVE, etc. to ensure your package is delivered correctly. I am unable to change an address once the order enters the shipping process. Please let me know as soon as possible if your address needs to be modified. 

Processing times do not include shipping. 

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours. 

All bespoke items are final sale. Each set is hand-painted by yours truly; bespoke items are created with your unique specifications and sizes. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding!
